Renderings Provide First Look at New Elementary School

The architectural team at Garmann Miller recently produced a series of conceptual renderings of the future Celina Elementary School. The building will merge the existing Celina Intermediate School with a new 115,000 square foot addition and serve pre-kindergarten through 6th grade students.

The addition will be home to PK-3 students and be constructed west of the existing CIS building located on Portland Street. The 81,000-square-foot CIS will be renovated and reprogrammed as part of the overall building project and serve grades 4-6.

The PK-6 renderings show an aerial view of the new school as well as the media center, main entry, and preschool and playground.

Design of the future Celina High School/Middle School, which will serve grades 7-12, will follow the design completion of the Celina Elementary School in early 2023.
