Young Bulldogs recently had the opportunity to learn firsthand about design, construction and how their new Celina Elementary School will take shape. Together with our partners, Garmann Miller, Peterson Construction and Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, Celina City Schools is dedicated to providing learning opportunities throughout the project process.
